A glimpse into my favorite play moments captured across the places I wandered in Seattle — from sunlit parks to quiet corners full of stories. Each photograph holds a little joy, a little spontaneity, and the wonder of discovering a city one frame at a time.

Project Description- Seattle in Three Hues is a vibrant, hand-illustrated travel zine that captures the spirit of Seattle through a limited three-color palette inspired by risograph printing. Created as part of an illustration project, this zine reimagines iconic Seattle landmarks—such as Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, and the Seattle Great Wheel—using a layered approach to color and line work.

The zine combines on-location sketching with stylized, expressive color overlays to evoke the mood, energy, and cultural diversity of the city. Each panel was carefully designed to balance visual storytelling and aesthetic experimentation while staying true to the travelogue format. The result is a joyful, contemporary take on travel illustration, ideal for editorial, print, or merchandise applications.
